Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson was on hand with Mayor Johnny Brigham and council members as Luxembourg-based manufacturer SAF-Holland announced plans for expansion of their Dumas operations. As part of the expansion, the company will open a new facility in the old Federal-Mogul building to accommodate increased business with current customers increasing their Dumas staff by 40 percent, creating 60 new jobs to date with plans to end up with a total of new positions.
