WE NEED YOUR HELP! Your community is developing a Hazard Mitigation Plan! A plan is required to receive certain federal funds for your community, and we need YOU. We are seeking your opinion and the perception of your risk to local hazards. We have identified potential hazards for your area. Please select one answer from each of the following questions. There are no wrong answers. If you feel there are other hazards to which you are exposed, you may type them into the last question or email them to the address below. We will also be holding meetings to discuss the plan development and would love for you to participate. Please share this survey with others in your community.
